What I Bring

Strategy, craft, and the rigor to connect them.

Design Leadership

I build design cultures. Rituals, standards, ways of working that elevate teams, not just individuals. I lead from alongside my team.

Product Strategy

I ground my decisions in business goals and the user goals, and influence roadmap direction to create beautiful experiences that people will use.

Research and Data

I build the case for design with evidence. Qualitative research, quantitative data, A/B tests, usability sessions. I use all of it to prioritize, defend, and improve.

AI Workflows

Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Vercel. I integrate AI to accelerate delivery and sharpen iteration without sacrificing craft.

Outside the Office

How I stay creative outside the office.

I stay curious on purpose. The things I read, listen to, and obsess over feed directly into how I think at work and how I fill my cup in my free time.

Reading and Writing

When I'm not catching up on design trends or industry news, I love spending my time reading (Proud Library Card holder). My favorite genres are historical fiction, memoirs, and fantasy. My 2026 top novel picks so far are Go as a River and The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store. I also enjoy writing poetry, comedy and journaling.

Obsessing

I've been obsessed with AI since ChatGPT launched. Today, my daily toolkit includes Claude, ChatGPT, Figma Make, Vercel, Perplexity, and Granola. I'm learning how to leverage Cursor and GitHub to launch code, and I'm eager to keep exploring how generative AI evolves and how we integrate it into everyday life.

Movin' and Shakin'

I've been practicing vinyasa yoga since 2009 and I love a good flow. In 2026, I learned to play pickleball and joined a league. I take pottery classes, sew my own clothes and home goods, and I've performed with an improv troupe at Chicago's Second City. Comedy writing and performing is an emerging passion for me.
